A man is recovering from his injuries after being hit by a car while walking along Route 50 in Glenville.
Police said a teen was making a right turn onto Route 50 from Van Buren Road Saturday morning when he hit the man. The car wasn't going fast, but the impact did knock the man out of his shoes.
Police believe the driver was having some problems with visibility leading up to the accident.
Sgt. Rick Conley said, "It just looks like either glare from the sun or maybe some visibility factors due to the windows of the car with some frost on it."
The man was airlifted to Albany Medical Center with internal injuries, but investigators said they don't appear to be life-threatening.
