[Chiefs] Schenectady County Fire Training POSTPONED

The Schenectady County Fire Coordinator, Scott Pike, has recommended that
all fire training hosted within Schenectady County be postponed until the
current public health issue has been resolved.  Therefore, ALL CLASSES have
been postponed.  We will reschedule dates for all classes as soon as we are
able.
