.... Town Hall Remains Closed Through April 3rd
After meeting with department heads today, we have determined:
1. To keep Town Hall closed through at least April 3rd.
2. To keep Senior Center closed through April 10th
3. To keep Parks open, although the playground(s) will
remain closed through April 3rd
4. That the staff continues to report at the 50%
reduction levels and continues to respond to all emails, phone calls, and
on-line requests for services. Our
drop box is still available in the Police Station vestibule for anyone
wishing to make any payments by check – please no cash.
5. That Bulk Pick Up remains on schedule and will begin
in Zone 2 on March 28th. Please check the town website for details on the
program.
6. That our Senior Shopping Assistance program will
continue indefinitely. If you would like help with your shopping needs,
please email
vhillis at townofglenville.org [1] or call her at 518.688.1221.
7. That all public Board and Committee meetings will resume on schedule
as of April 1st - although they will remain closed to the public. The
meetings will be streamed live on Facebook and/or a streaming service from
the town’s website that we are currently working to establish. The
town Board will meet on April 1st. The agenda for the meeting will
be released by Monday morning.
