[Chiefs] Use of station

Happy Friday,

I was approached to host two state classes EVOC (Emergency vehicle operator
course) and tactical fire ground simulations. Both would need the meeting
room and evoc requires the use of the parking lot. Please let me know if it
is ok to let them know that we can host.

EVOC:  Oct: 23, 30, Nov 6, 9, 16

Start times would be 18:30 for weekdays, and 08:30 for weekends for this
class.



Tactical Fireground Simulations: Feb 17 and 22, 2025.

Start time for Feb 17 would be 18:30; for Feb 22 start time would be 08:00
and would run until around 16:00.
