[Chiefs] Annual Canal Corporation Dam Safety Emergency Action Plan Holder Outreach (Capital Region)

Good Morning,

This is the invite for the Canal Corporation - NYPA Dam Safety Emergency Action Plan (EAP) meeting for the Capital District plan holders.  The New York Power Authority - Canal Corporation Dam Safety and Crisis Management will be conducting a series of virtual outreach meetings for the Canal Corporation EAP designated plan holders during the month of March 2024.

The EAP meetings for the Capital Region will occur on Tuesday March 5, 2024 in the morning at 11 A.M. and Thursday March 7, 2024 in the afternoon at 1 P.M.  The Thursday afternoon meeting will provide a second venue for those with scheduling conflicts during the Tuesday morning meetings.  Feel free to sign up for either the Tuesday or Thursday meeting.

We have built out the meetings based on the DHSES Office of Emergency Management Regions and our EAP structures within those Regions.  Each week we will conduct outreach to a different area.  We are beginning the outreach in the east with the Capital District and will be working west over the course of three weeks in March 2024.  The fourth week we will conduct a combined venue encase a plan holder was unable to attend during their designated overview week earlier in the month.
