[Chiefs] [Board] Cascade system

Board,

I just met with Dival Safety and their tech indicated the same
assessment as MES. Stating the system needed a new compressor motor and
stated a rough estimate of 20,000-25,000 dollars to repair. He also stated
that parts for that compressor will be very difficult to find due to the
age.

If the Board pleases to have a special meeting about this issue I can go
over options moving forward. As we sit right now the compressor is OOS I
have arranged with neighboring departments to fill SCBA with their cascades
when the need arises.
