[Chiefs] Annual Canal Corporation Dam Safety Emergency Action Plan Holder Outreach (All Region Capital, Central, and Western Wrap - Up)

Good Morning,

This is the invite for the Canal Corporation - NYPA Dam Safety Emergency Action Plan (EAP) meeting for the inclusive overview of the Capital District (Region) - Central NY & Southern Tier (Central Region) - Finger Lakes & Western NY (Western Region) plan holders.  The New York Power Authority - Canal Corporation Dam Safety and Crisis Management will be conducting this final 2024 virtual outreach meeting for all Canal Corporation Emergency Action Plan designated plan holders.

This is the Final Inclusive Overview Meeting for all Canal Corporation EAP plan holders based on the previous outreach meetings conducted during the past weeks for calendar year 2024.

We have built out the meetings based on the DHSES Office of Emergency Management Regions and our EAP structures within those Regions and each week we conducted outreach to a different area.  We began the outreach in the east with the Capital District on March 5 and 7, then worked west over the course of three weeks in March 2023.  This included the Central NY & Southern Tier March 12 and 14, and the Finger Lakes & Western NY March 19 and 21, 2024.

This is the fourth week and we will conduct a combined venue.  This is to ensure, if there was a plan holder from any Region, that was unable to attend during their designated overview week earlier in the month.  They will have another chance to attend as we cover all Regional EAP's.  If there is anyone we missed on your team, please forward the invite to them.
