Since we are talking 10 weeks delivery anyway, I don’t think we have to rush. That being said, I agree we should meet on this before our next scheduled meeting. Ross, Wendi… is there any good time for you two over the next two weeks?

We should have a special meeting to move this forward. If we decide to purchase a new system (Ithink we should), we will need a permissive referendum and a request for bids.  I don't know when Wendi is getting back and I am leaving for Florida Wednesday morning.  We don't all have to be there.

Spoke with MES today and upon further inspection of the unit and with age and the hours on the current unit. The compressor pump in the system needs to be replaced. The rings on the pistons are bad but also the cylinder walls have deteriorated due to age and hours on the machine. MES gave a rough estimate of $20,000 for a new compressor pump. 

  

I have reached out to another company (Dival saftey) for a second opinion. 

  

I wanted to keep the board updated on the status of the cascade. 

  

Once I am to get another opinion from Dival saftey I will advise the board of what they think as well.
