[Officers] Traffic Safety Vests

Gentlemen,

During truck checks, would you please note how many of the new ANSI
compliant vests are on your trucks, what size they are (likely 2XL or
3XL) and how many vests will be needed to fill out for each riding
position?  Get this information to me at your earliest opportunity.  I
would like to get a purchase request in to Chief Pike as soon as
possible.
