A bout of heavy rain and wind is likely across the region Saturday afternoon into Sunday. 

General rainfall amounts of 1-2 inches seem likely with this system.? This should lead to some significant within bank rises on area rivers and streams.? Some urban/small stream issues could ensue as well, particularly where autumn leaves clog drains.? Locally higher amounts are possible in the southeast facing slopes of the Catskills. 
Strong winds are possible across elevated terrain on Saturday night.? Gusts here of 45-50 mph are possible.
