[Officers] R-233

[Pike Scott CIV 109CES/CEF]

I do not remember anything being out of service. If this is true we need to
take care of this.  Do you know who told them?

   I was told by one of the probie's that the winch on 233 is out of service
is this right???  or was he wrong? just wondering  I don't remember this
coming up in a meeting or a e-mail maybe I missed something but if it's out
