[Officers] JD Yattaw Resignation

Good Afternoon,

JD Yattaw has submitted a resignation letter, I have yet to see it but I am
hoping that we can all accept it and get it taken care of for tonights
meeting.

Please respond with a yes or no. If you wish to see it before your vote we
can look at it prior to the Company Meeting as that will be the next time I
am at the FH.
