[Chiefs] Town EMS Fly Cars

I spoke with Scott this afternoon and he is 100% behind the plan to house
EMS fly cars for the East and West ends of Glenville from 6am to 6pm.


   1. He would like to be kept in the loop as we proceed through this. So
   Drew or Tom, when the final draft of the MOA is ready and signed off by the
   Districts, please either send me a final copy so I can pass it along or
   send it right to Scott.
   2. Chiefs, please poll your EMT's and CFR's to see who is interested in
   participating in this project. Hopefully we will have enough participation
   so that individuals do not get burned out.
   3. Scott also wanted me to remind you to track all expenditures that are
   made through this time so that all agencies can be reimbursed.
   4. He liked the idea that when a call is received for a medical
   response, the home district is activated to keep it simple for the
   Dispatchers. The only thing I see is adding EMS East or West to the
   original message. I also feel that by activating the home district, they
   can have members respond to the station in case extra man power is needed.
   5. Who will be setting the schedule and the overall contact person.
   6.  Does the home district Chief officer still respond in case decisions
   need to be made.
