[Chiefs] February Special Meeting Minutes

On page 3, the motion for the $8,415.00 should be explained as follows:

A motion for resolution......."to appropriate excess 12/31/2023
unappropriated fund balance as follows"

This needs to replace the "to appropriate 12/31/2022 Assigned
Unappropriated Fund Balance (Reserve for encumbrances) as follows"

That was the only major change I saw that needed to be fixed.
